The Opportunity As Club Manager at Fitness First, you will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where both people and performance thrive. Leading by example, you’ll champion exceptional customer service and bring a proactive approach to membership growth and retention. Your leadership will shape the club into a place where team members feel proud to work, and members feel motivated to return - day after day. Key responsibilities: Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns Recruitment, training and retention of staff members Performance appraisals Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders To be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5 direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment.
